Print W-2's on 2 per page

I'm trying to print W-2's for the employee using 2 per sheet paper. Seems like only 3 & 4 page are available. Seeing as we mostly file on-line now there is no need for copies for federal & state.

Thanks for taking the time to bring your question forward here in the Community. I'd be glad to provide some info regarding printing W-2s for your employee.

 

Due to recent payroll updates 3 and 4 copies of the form are the default options for printing. However, some users have been successful with 2 per sheet by setting their printer up to print double sided on regular paper.
