Problem Emailing Estimates

Hello everyone... has anyone been having an issue with sending estimates and invoice's to outlook? getting a message saying Quick books Desktop is unable to send your emails to outlook.  Close any open Outlook windows and try again.

 

Once I try that I get the same message and then another message pops up saying out of memory and I am logged out of Quick books?????

Welcome to Community!  Receiving error messages when trying to send estimates and invoice's to outlook, can definitely impact your day.  QuickBooks Desktop provides the option to send transactions through Webmail or Outlook.  I would be glad to assist!

 

If you haven't done so already, I suggest making sure your QuickBooks product is updated to the latest release.  In addition, the primary reason for the  ‘QuickBooks out of memory,’ is lack of RAM.  It can also be triggered by corrupt files.  Click here to learn what to do, when you don't have enough space.  I also recommend that you run the QuickBooks Desktop repair tool, to fix common errors.
