Process T5018 Forms

Hi all,

 

I am trying to prepare T5018 tax slips. When a run a report for T5018 detail it shows all the box22 amounts but won't produce the slips as it says the box22 amounts are blank. Any ideas on why or how to fix? Appreciate any help.

It's a pleasure to see you in Community.  Welcome!  It's vital that you're able to create and file the T5018 forms in meeting with government guidelines.  For this reason, I encourage you to contact us outside of Community, so we can work with you directly and ensure you're able to file the T5018 form in a timely fashion.

 

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > provide a brief summary of your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
