Protax - 2021 T1 suddenly showing nothing/blank for both husband and wife

I was 90% completed with a couple's 2021 T1 yesterday, and today everything is showing as nothing, as if I had never started.  The strange thing is that all of the forms that I added for their return are still showing up in the list.  I am unable to pull up any forms in PDF or print anything.  Has anyone had this happen?

Sometimes, issues like this can arise due to browser-related problems. I'm here to help you in resolving them. supp1313.

 

You can begin by signing out of your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account and then logging back in to see if the T1 general preview is visible.

 

If the information isn't showing up, let's move on to some troubleshooting steps. You can log in to your QBO account using a private window. This clears all cookies and browser history, giving you a fresh, error-free browsing experience.

 

After that, check if the information is already showing on your end. If it is, go back to your main browser setting and clear the cache. 

 

Cached files and data can also cause a webpage to reload or loop. Also, some browsers have an automatic page reload setting, which can cause issues like this. But if the issue persists, you can switch to another supported browser.

 

However, if the problem continues, it may be helpful to have other users log in to see if they experience the same issues.  If the issue continues across different users, I recommend reaching out to our support team for further assistance in identifying the root cause. to double-check with them the root cause of this. To do so, follow the steps outlined below:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Select (?) Help.
  3. Select To research and type in Contact us.
