PST report window automatically re-opens

Quickbooks Premier 2020 Desktop

 

I processed our monthly PST for April and yet, while I can manually close the report window, whenever I open the company file again, that same PST Tax Agency Report for April window opens automatically.

 

This is new behaviour and has never happened before.

 

Any insight as to how to reset the window or otherwise resolve this would be appreciated.

Neither Quick Fix My Program, QB Program Diagnostic Tool, Quick Fix My File nor QB File Doctor resolved the issue.

I want to make sure this gets to the correct support department so you can get yourself back on track.

 

Since you already did all possible troubleshooting, I strongly recommend reaching out to our Technical Support this time. Our representatives have the necessary tools to help diagnose the problem and give additional troubleshooting steps.

 

To get a live representative, use the following steps in your account:

 

  1. On your QuickBooks company file, click the Help menu.
  2. Tap the QuickBooks Desktop Help option.
  3. Press Contact us on the pop-up box.
  4. Click on the Search for Something else button then type your concern in the Ask us anything box.
  5. Hit Search, then scroll down to get your contact options.
