Purchase Order > Item Details, where it has columns of: Product/Service, SKU, Description, QTY, Rate.... Can it add extra column into it?

Being able to customize your templates is one of the ways QuickBooks Online lets you add your own personal touch. I'd be happy to go over customizing templates for you.

Currently purchase order templates can't be modified to add extra columns or different information. If this is a feature that you wish to have added I recommend sending feedback to our development team by following these steps:

1. Select the Gear icon at the top, then Feedback.
2. Enter your comments or product suggestions. Then select Next to submit feedback.

Once they receive your feedback they'll look into ways to possibly add this in future updates.
