An on-going error message in QuickBooks Online can definitely impede your workflow, so I want to make sure that this is addressed so you can get back to business. I appreciate you sharing the message you're seeing with me, and I have some troubleshooting you can undertake to try to resolve this.

 

Without knowing exactly where you're seeing this error message or what steps you're taking when it comes up, it's a little more difficult to offer specific troubleshooting, but I've got some general steps that I like to go through when error messages occur. These steps are useful because they troubleshoot things like browser issues and internet connection to ensure that something in those areas aren't impacting how QuickBooks is operating.

If you're using the QuickBooks Online app for Windows or Mac, please switch to using the browser instead. That app has been discontinued, and therefore it could run into these kinds of issues that we won't be able to resolve.
