QB online gear icon does nothing

I am running qb online plus, when I go to the gear icon, it does nothing...just turns screen grayish....I am trying to customize my invoice format, but can't seem to access that menu.

Hi Iain baxter.

 

Being able to access the settings menu is imperative to change a lot of things in your QuickBooks online account. I'd be happy to help you get access to the settings again.

 

Generally when QuickBooks Online is not working the way it was intended is usually due to an issue with the browser. To fix this I recommend clearing your cache and cookies by following the steps in this link. Once you clear the cache and cookies you can also open QuickBooks in a private browser such as Google Chromes Incognito mode.
