QBO changed recurring templates

When I logged in this morning, all my monthly recurring invoices had been sent. Every single template had the "Send Invoices Automatically" checkbox marked off. I did not make this change, and I am the only one with login credentials. How did this happen, and how do I prevent it from happening again in the future?

Hi MatchGirl,

 

Thanks for reaching out here.  QuickBooks Online enables you to set specific areas to your recurring templates.  Automatic reminders can be created within your company settings.  I'd be glad to help!

 

To review your account for any changes that have been made, open your Settings ⚙ and select the Audit log.  If you don't see any changes, I suggest reviewing your Company Settings, by following these steps;

 

1. Open your Settings ⚙ and then Account and settings

2. Select Sales 

3. Scroll down and click on the Edit ✎ in the Reminders section

4. Turn on/off Automatic invoice reminders

5. Review the Reminder(s) in your list

6. Make any necessary changes and hit Save and then Done

Thank you @Trish_T, but my issue is not related to reminders. Settings within the recurring transactions were changed, as though by a system update or something. QBO automatically sent unedited invoices, which is a significant problem for me. I would like to understand how it happened so I can prevent it from happening again.
