QBO Multi-monitor problem on start

When I use QBO in the office I usually have a second monitor for a multitude of other software we use.  I closed it out Friday when I left, unplugged the monitor and left it behind, where it belongs.    I see QBO does not appear to work in multi monitor and this to me is another problem. 

 

Now at home I open QBO and it is opening on the monitor that is not connected.  Great.......

 

Any help appreciated.

I'll point you in the right direction with figuring out what's going on with QuickBooks Online and your monitors.

 

In this situation, connecting with an IT professional is the best course of action to determine what's happening. Whether you're using QuickBooks Online through a browser or you're using the QuickBooks Online app for Windows or Mac, there isn't a setting in the program to determine which monitor it appears on.

 

It could be that there's something that needs to be adjusted in your at-home computer's settings since it's not displaying QuickBooks as you're expecting. An IT pro can go through those settings with you to resolve the issue.
