Making sure your invoices appear correct for your clients is important for your business. QuickBooks Online is a great tool to allow you to access your books from anywhere with an internet connection. I can provide you some assistance.

One setting to check would be to make sure your address in QuickBooks Online is correct. You can verify this by navigating to the Gear icon, then selecting Account and settings. Select Company from the left column, then click on the Pencil icon located to the right of the Address section. Make sure that Quebec isn't selected in the dropdown for the province and that your correct province is selected. Make sure to click the Save button after making those changes.

Another section to make sure to check in order to not have any tax numbers under the address field in your forms would be to navigate to the Taxes tab, then Sales tax. Select the Manage sales tax button at the top of the screen. You'll then see a list of the different tax agencies. Click on Edit agency settings beside each one of them, and make sure that there are no numbers written in each section. Click Save in order to make those changes take effect.

If those changes are still not taking effect in your invoice, it may be caused by browsing data accumulated in your system. Temporary files such as cache and cookies can affect your navigation in any cloud-based software like QuickBooks Online. Here are a few steps to resolve any issues relating to browsing data.

• Clear your browser cache if you're using a browser
• Clear the app cache if you're using the QuickBooks Online app for Windows or Mac
• Try a browser if you're using the app
• Try a private browser window
• Try another browser type
• Make sure you're using a supported browser and system
• Reset your Internet or try on another computer or device
