Quantity column first in QBO

When creating invoices, it is generally easier for me and my team to enter the quantity first followed by the product. 

In Quickbooks desktop, the ability to change and move columns for invoices and the like was easily accessible and accomplished. The only thing that I have found remotely close is changing the columns on the invoice template, though that doesn't edit the view when they are created.

 

Is there a way to move/swap the columns of the invoice layout when creating an invoice?

I can see the benefit of having this feature and I encourage you to send feedback about this to our engineers. You can do this by clicking on the Gear icon and looking for Feedback.
