Qucikbook cannot sync to TRX

I have a problem scenario like this: I have one on-premises copy with 10 licenses users. 3 users (A,B,C) opened every day during this week daily to do their finance reports, checking, posting, data information...

The facts of occurrences are: 15Nov ok, 18 Nov not sync, 19 Nov not sync, 20 Nov not sync, 21 Nov not sync, 22 Nov ok.

I discovered it each day at 8am for checking the sync of Trx to Qb.

So, to get out of the not sync, I forced the close of TRX and reopen. Problem resolved

What did I find?

The pop out message we pick up from QB told that there is another QB program has started. Why is there a 2nd run of the program?

Can you help me to understand what's wrong with it and to solve this problem?
