Quickbooks Desktop Accountant 2020

Has anyone out there ever gotten an error message:

"The file you specified cannot be open. Make sure that it is not currently being used by another program or a read-only file"

 

I get this here and there and when I click "OK" it goes away and QB's continues to work.  I just find it a bother and was hoping someone has a good idea to correct this.
