Quickbooks desktop pro

I have recently moved from Quickbooks pro desktop 2019 with payroll subscription to Quickbooks pro desktop 2020 without payroll subscription - Canadian version. I am going to be using a third party to do payroll and would like to enter the information manually in QB 2020. I have tried the solutions on the various websites  but the options do not seem to be there on this particular version of QBs. How do I enable manual payroll input in the Canadian version of QB pro 2020?

QuickBooks is an all-in-one solution for your business bookkeeping. Including a subscription to Payroll would help to streamline your tasks, however I can appreciate that some users will be using a different third-party program. I'll explain what this means for your books. 


At this time, you'll need to have an active Payroll subscription to be able to enter payroll data manually. There's no way to input payroll data without this subscription, so I'd highly recommend looking into this for your business.
