Quickbooks Desktop Pro 2015 CANADIAN edition

Does anyone have this download available? I have talked with Intuit and they only provide the US version older than 2016. My link to download from the receipt no longer works and Intuit's final response was "buy a newer one". 

 

Intuit even asked their development team for an archived installer, to which they responded "we don't keep any archives." So I am led to believe that they develop this product which was only 3 years old when I started to try to get an installer (in 2018), and they have no ability to provide me with a download. Now I am reaching out to the community for anyone who has the installer of Quickbooks Pro 2015 Desktop (Canadian edition). I have a license and everything.

Thanks for reaching out and it's great to see you've been with us since QuickBooks Pro 2015. I know sticking with the product you have is always nice, but upgrading to the newest version, QuickBooks Desktop 2019, will give you access to features that your business may benefit from greatly. I'm also happy to clarify our supported products.

 

The agent was correct about Intuit only supporting and having downloads to the most recent three years of the product. This is done because over each edition, new features are added and improvements are made to the software. Our goal is to ensure that our users have a product that works correctly as we know how vital QuickBooks Desktop can be to running a business.

 

Since the download link you have isn't working, another thing I recommend looking for is the install file on your computer. If you still have access to that somewhere, you should be able to reinstall the program. Otherwise, upgrading to the newest version, Pro 2019, is the way to go. If the agent didn't go over the new features with you, take a look at the What's new in QuickBooks Desktop for Windows 2019 article to learn more.

Hi We are running into the same issue here with using Pro 2015 and trying to transfer to a new laptop.

We dont mind upgrading, but we need to bring the files/information from our existing software to the updated version.

We have two business accounts running on the one package.

Is this possible and please can you tell us the steps to do this.

Secure a backup file (QBB) on your QBD 2015 and install the trial license of QBD 2021 Pro on your new machine.

Then restore your backup file on the trial license of QBD 2021. If it works, you can purchase the one time license of it later.

Intuit Canada doesn't bother to maintain their old installer files. You should consider using the trial version as a workaround.
