QuickBooks Enterprise 2021/2022 is no longer syncing with QuickBooks Time
Hello,
Our company has been using QuickBooks Enterprise Suite (Canadian Edition) since 2021. We have been experiencing technical issues between the Enterprise software and QuickBooks Time since Sept 2021 when attempting to sync data between the two. The process worked effectively prior to this date. Multiple attempts have been made to re-download the web connector file, and several calls have been made to QuickBooks support where no solution was provided other than to refund two months of QuickBooks Time subscription fees.
Timesheet Export Errors:
- Can't export employee name's time, because the user's account isn't linked to a QuickBooks user account.
- Repeated x 70 employees
The amount of time it takes to manually enter all of the time data is costing the company a considerable amount of money. The issue has gone unresolved for long enough that we are considering changing accounting software suites entirely. I'm writing this in hopes that someone may have found a solution to this problem, or that someone in tech support can work with us to resolve the problem and get the time application properly syncing with the accounting software again.
