Hi there cattleboy,

It's important to me that you're able to use QuickBooks Online's bank feeds to their full potential since they're such a useful tool for data entry in your books. I'll gladly lend a hand with this.

When you initially connect a bank feed, you may be able to select how far back you'd like to pull in transactions from. If you're not seeing that option, the program usually brings in about 90 days worth of data. Beyond that, you can use the steps outlined in the following article to retrieve the transactions you need: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online

If you mean to say you're missing months of transactions between the dates that have filtered into the banking feed, for example, you have April and June's transactions but you're missing May, you can still consider the article I just mentioned. This will help ensure you have the figures you need so you can add or match to what's already in QuickBooks.

If this is an ongoing trend you're noticing with the bank feed, I recommend contacting QuickBooks Online support to have someone go over this with you. An agent will be able to troubleshoot and determine the next steps to take to resolve this problem. Here's how to reach us.
