Quickbooks is sending emails to the wrong email account, can't locate where to change it in my settings?

Hi there, 

 

It's vital that the emails are sent to the correct email so you don't miss out on important emails. Rest assured, I'll give you a hand with this. 

 

You can follow these steps to update the email address on your account: 

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online.
  2. Go to Settings ⚙ and select User Profile.
  3. To change your user ID or email address, select Edit.
  4. To change your password, select Security, then Edit.

Going forward, you'll be receiving email updates on the email you enter using the steps above.
