QuickBooks is unable to send your emails to Outlook After 1st Email

Hi,

 

We have QB Pro 2021 and Office 2019 Pro, when emailing an invoice we can do so once, afterwards we get the message "QuickBooks is unable to send your emails to Outlook", i tried repairing the Office Suite and Uninstalling / Reinstalling QB then updating it, also repairing MAPI.

 

Any suggestions? I'm out of ideas..thanks!

    Based on the information you've provided, I recommend making sure you're using the latest release for QuickBooks Desktop. In addition to this, I feel you'd benefit from reviewing the QuickBooks Tool Hub. The QuickBooks Tool Hub is designed to help fix issues and errors in QuickBooks Desktop.

    So I have the exact same error message and have run the Quickbooks Tool Hub and it did not fix it.   I have to restart after every invoice if I want to email them out.   I am running Win 10 Pro 64 bit, I have MS Office 2021 Pro Plus and QB Desktop Premiere 2023 Contractor version.

    Nothing I have found online fixes this problem.   My outlook works fine for everything else so I do not believe this is an Outlook issue.

    Thanks for joining us here!  QuickBooks Desktop provides the option to send transactions through Webmail or Outlook.  If you haven't done so already, I suggest making sure your QuickBooks product is updated to the latest release.  I also recommend that you run the QuickBooks Desktop repair tool, to fix common errors.
