Quickbooks Online is saying "Something went wrong" when I try to login. What's going on? I need to login for work! Urgent!

Welcome to Community! QuickBooks Online enables you to work from anywhere at any time.  It's essential that you're able to log into your account effortlessly. I would be glad to help!

 

Please ensure you're using the correct login credentials associated with your QuickBooks Online account.  If you're attempting to sign into your account from the QuickBooks mobile app, I try refreshing the app, or log in from a web browser.  From your desktop, I recommend performing some troubleshooting steps, if you haven't done so already.  Your browser may have an excessive amount of frequently accessed page resources, which can cause some errors and performance issues.  Let's clear the cache on your regular browser.  I also suggest opening your QuickBooks Online account using a private browser, using one of these keyboard shortcuts:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N
