Quickbooks online not accessing the right quickbooks time account.

Hello All,

I recently started a quickbooks time trial. Somehow I ended up with 2 time accounts and my quickbooks online is accessing the wrong time account.

 

How can I fix this?

It's vital that all your hours are correctly accounted for so that your payroll, expenses and sales can be correct. QuickBooks Time is a great software able to connect with QuickBooks Online to have those hours imported automatically to save you time with data entry in your books. I can provide some information about QuickBooks Time and QuickBooks Online connection. From time to time, it can happen that a user has more than one QuickBooks or time account.
To ensure you are using the time account that has the appropriate information for your company you can re-link your Timesheets account to your QuickBooks account by following the steps below:

  1. In QuickBooks Time, in the left menu, go to SET UP > Add-ons OR Feature Add-ons > Manage Add-ons.
  2. Find QuickBooks Online Integration and click Install.
  3. Click Connect to QuickBooks. ...
  4. Sign in and, if you have multiple companies, select the one to which you want to link.
  5. When prompted, click Authorize.
