Quickbooks online takes me back to page 1 after editing say a transaction on page 5.How do I return to page 5 after edit and not page 1?

The issue you've described is usually caused by not having a steady internet connection. When the internet fails while entering info on the website, it goes back to the last page the data was saved while the internet was still connected. In case this isn't the issue, I recommend clearing cache and cookies on your browser. Clearing cache and cookies helps with fixing most browser issues. You can do this by following the steps in this article: Clear Cache and Cookies.
