Knowing what counts towards your user limit and what doesn't is a great way to keep track of how many people you can invite to work in your account. I'd be happy to go over user limits and what counts towards it.

Depending on the role that the user is given it may or may not count towards your user limit. The Reports only user and the Time tracking only user roles do not count towards your user limit where as all the others do.
