Quickbooks recently fixed the connection issue with ATB somewhat. Now when I sync, all of my transactions are deposits.

It's awesome to hear that you're taking advantage of the bank feeds in QBO to keep your transactions organized. This is going to help you complete reconciliations in record time! I'd be happy to explain what to do if you're running into issues with your ATB transactions.

 

It's great that you're now able to sync your ATB account successfully with the bank feed. Our engineers were able to sort this out on the back end, and it's vital that everything is working as intended.

If you're noticing that all the transactions updated through the bank feed for ATB are coming in as deposits (money in), and your bank statement is showing conflicting information, I'd suggest reaching out to our tech support team directly. 

In this case, you're likely experiencing an account-specific issue that's unique, and it's important that our agents are able to investigate this more thoroughly. An agent can even remotely share your screen in order to see what you're seeing in the account, and they'll be able to take the necessary steps in order to resolve this.
