Hi,

 

Is anyone else getting an SSL security certificate error on Quickbooks time?

Hi dasharp1967,

 

Dealing with error messages can be a time-consuming process. I'll be happy to help you so you can continue to enjoy the amazing features offered in QuickBooks. 

 

I'd like to start off by doing some troubleshooting to determine if this isn't a browser-related issue. When was the last time you cleared cache and cookies on your browser? This is a good method which you can use to clean your browser allowing it to work more efficiently. Here's an article that shows you how to do that: How to clear cache and cookies. If this doesn't work, I suggest using a private/incognito window to see if that works instead.
