Rate and Hours showing in desciption on invoice

When I prepare invoices, the rate and hours are showing in the description but only when the invoice is printed. i have unchecked the box in the invoice template but it is still showing. How can I fix this as we need to invoice clients without having the rate showing.

Sometimes browsing data accumulates and prevents the software from doing what it is supposed to do. I recommend trying these troubleshooting steps to see if this helps resolves the issue.

 

1. Clear cache and cookies.
2. Switch to a different browser.
3. Try a private browser (incognito)
