Re: Can I import supplier credit notes into QB from excel spreadsheet?

Hello, my subscription is in Canada, when I tried to follow the instruction, I don't have that option available on my log in, was it a user set up issue, or do you think I shall call QB online support to activate that function?

    Hi James Shang,

     

    It's great to see you reaching out to Community for additional information when it comes to importing suppliers and their credit notes.  QuickBooks Online allows you to import data as noted in the photo you've shared.  Thank you for that!  At this time there's no option to import credit memos.  However, if you'd like to see this available in the future, you can submit a suggestion to our Development Team by going to the Gear in the top right and select Feedback.  We look forward to any recommendations you may have to improve your overall customer experience with QuickBooks Online.

     

    In the meantime, you can create and apply credit memos or delayed credits to be used in the future.
