Receipts Capture on Phone - Error Message Create Expense - Tax validation

Hi,

 

Is anyone having problems with taking pictures, while processing through the phone app, it gives an error message that is Validation Failed:  We're sorry, Quickbooks encountered an error while calculating tax? 

Have had several clients contact me and they're having this problem.  I've attached a picture of the error message and if anyone knows a solution, I'd appreciate it.

Hi Lana Sheppard,

 

Welcome to Community!  The error you've received has been reported by other customers, so you're not alone.  This is currently being investigated by our Development Team. Although I don't have an ETA for resolution, you can contact our Customer Care team at 1-855-253-1536 from Monday to Friday between the hours of 9 AM and 8 PM EST. They will be able to add you to the list of affected users, and set you up to receive an email notification when it's been fixed.
