Hello Courtney_84,

Welcome to the QuickBooks Community! It's great to hear that you worked with QuickBooks Online support previously for help with your books, and I can appreciated needing the steps again. I'm sure once you've adjusted a reconciliation a few more times, you'll be a pro. I can help you get there.

At QuickBooks, we like to provide you with the tools and resources you need to manage your books. This includes help and how-to articles that go over steps for various tasks you might complete in QuickBooks Online. I've got the article right here for making the adjustment you need: How to adjust a reconciliation

If you're not quite sure which numbers you entered last time, you can use the Audit Log feature to help you out. This log keeps track of the activity and data in your books and gives you details about existing and deleted transactions. While you can't restore the transactions, having this information is helpful for re-entry. Feel free to use the filter options to find the deleted adjustment to use as reference. Here's an article that goes over this feature: Use the audit log in QuickBooks Online

Wishing you the best!
