Reconciliation Error

I keep getting this error when trying to reconcile ANY account:

 

Error

 

Error1: Validation failed; ErrCode: INTEGRATIONS-11212
Cause1: Please make the parent account active first. Then you can make this sub-account active.; ErrCode: INTEGRATIONS-11212

It's great to see you in Community. Welcome!  Reconciling your accounts in QuickBooks Online, is essential in keeping your books accurate and up to date.  Getting an error message can delay your work.  I would be glad to help!

 

I recommend reviewing the inactive accounts, to see if the associated Parent accounts can be located.  Proceed by following these steps to make an account active again;

 

1. Go to Settings ⚙, then select Chart of accounts

2. Select the Gear icon  above the Action column

3. Choose Include inactive

4. Locate the account you want to use again, then select Make active.
