Reconciliation - Won't display or print current reconciliation

My boss and I just reconciled the month of September, but when we printed the report for our records it printed the August report, and we can only access August from past reconciliations. September has disappeared all together,  all of the payments and charges for September are all gone, like it accepted our September reconciliation and didn't save it, as we are unable to find it anywhere, nor can we re-reconcile for September. Any help would be greatly appreciated

The reconciliation process can be a big task, but it's an important one to undertake so that you can ensure all the data entered into QuickBooks is accurate. It's essential that you're able to print your September reconciliation report, so I want to provide you with some tips to help find it.

 

An important first step is to refer to the Audit Trail Report. This report will show you all of the changes that have been made to your books within a specified timeframe and who made them. If the reconciliation was successfully completed, this report will show you the trail. It'll also let you know if there have been any changes since that might explain why you can't find it. Please follow the steps below to find the Audit Trail Report:

 

  1. Select Reports from the top menu.
  2. Navigate to Report Center.
  3. Search for Audit Trail in the search bar.
  4. Hover over the report and choose Run.
