How do setup a fixed due date such as February 1st on annual recurring invoices?  I have the template set-up but cannot figure out how to override the terms to set the due date to February 1st. Thank you!

Hi raytetu1,

Welcome to Community!  Having a Due ate on your annual recurring transactions is essential in ensuring your payment is received on time.  QuickBooks Online let's you create and manage the associated terms.  I would be glad to help!

When sending an annual invoice, to be paid on that date, you'll want to enter the Due date as a fixed number of days.  Such as an invoice that is due on receipt, follow these steps;

1. Open your Settings ⚙, then select All lists

2. Select Terms

3. Locate the term used on your invoice

4. In the Action column, select Edit from the dropdown ▼menu

5. Make sure the Due in fixed number of days is set to 0

6. Hit Save.
