REFUND

I signed up for quickbooks online as link from Turbotax, the premise was that its quick and easy to use and that you can file your taxes easier and track transactions.  Sure it's easy to use and all, but the most important thing is that it cannot be used with turbotax online.  Whats the point of having online services when non of them work together.  

 

I spent tons of time learning and inputing all data in, just to find out that all of it was just a waste of time since I cannot use any of it at the end of the year.

 

Will never recommend this product to anyone.  How do I get a refund?

Welcome to Community!  It's great to hear that you've taken the time to try QuickBooks Online cloud based accounting software.  However, TurboTax seems to be just what you need.  I'd be happy to provide the necessary information to cancel your QuickBooks Online account to ensure you're not billed moving forward.  You'll continue to have access to it for one year from the cancellation date before it's completely deleted.

 

Here's how to cancel your account:

 

1. Log into QuickBooks Online

2. Open the Gear ⚙ in the top right and select Account and Settings

3. Choose Billing and Subscription from the left menu

4. Under your product, hit Cancel subscription

5. Follow the onscreen steps to complete the process

 

Once you've cancelled the subscription successfully, you can submit a refund request.
