Regarding the quickbook pro 2019 and quickbook 2016

Question 1, If I want to install the pro 2019 in this desktop which has QuickBooks 2016 already. Will these two programs have conflicts ?

We may run multi version in the same machine at the same time. Make sure creating a different folder for each version when you are installing it.

Question2, if pro-2019 is only for 1 user use, does that mean the program is open in one desktop, can it open in another desktop but not using it at the same time? if it can do that, Does that mean the inventory will update itself in the second desktop?

Run the application (i.e QuickBooks) and access the data file are two different things in QuickBooks Desktop. You may install QB in first machine and put the data files locally. But you need to access the first machine to open the same data file. There are 2 options:

1. Free of charge, utilize the free cloud storage (e.g GDrive, DBox, ODrive) to store the data file and download it to the machine everytime you need to work on it. I only recommend the cloud storage to store the file, not to access it directly.

Question 3, 

After I download the pro-2019 on another desktop, how do I transfer the inventory and all the sales records to the new pro-2019?

I don't get the question.
