Every time i generate a report it looks like a step, it looks like this:

Client 1

     Property 1

        Job 1 

             Invoice A

             Subtotal Invoice A

         Subtotal Job 1

      Subtotal Property 1

Subtotal Client 1

 

How to change this to tabular form?

QuickBooks allows limited customization of reports using predefined formats such as the indented or hierarchical style. While directly altering these reports into a tabular format without indentation isn't supported in QuickBooks Desktop, you can export the report to Excel for more flexible customization options.
