Report on Employee advance balances

I am using Quickbooks Desktop. We give and properly record advances to employees at times. My account has a balance at the moment. How can I pull a report to see  who's balances those are? I know that I can look up individual advance balances for employees, but I am looking to generate a report that shows all current advance balances at a glance. Is there a way? Thank you

It's important that all your payroll information is entered correctly for your balances to be accurate. QuickBooks Desktop Payroll is a great able to help you calculate pay for your employees based on their hours worked. I can point you in the right direction for help with reports.

 

For assistance with reports and their customization in QuickBooks Desktop, I recommend reaching out to the QuickBooks Desktop support team outside of the Community. They'll be able to view the report you're currently using to view individual advance balances to see if it can be expanded to all employees at once, or if there is another report that can show you the information all at once. You can reach out to them using the methods outlined in the QuickBooks Desktop software support policies.
