Report settings

I need to transition from QB Desktop Pro to QB Online but am reluctant because the software isn't capable of bringing over memorized reports when the company file is migrated over.  Has anyone come up with an idea to export settings for all memorized reports so it's a little easier to re-create them?  I have over 80 memorized reports between all the different divisions we run so it's not a quick task to re-create them let alone have to figure out the display settings, filters, etc. for each one.

(I was communicating by email with someone from QB who was supposed to be finding out for me but they've stopped responding to my requests for an update).

Exporting all memorized reports to import in QuickBooks Online (QBO) is a great idea, @cls23. Let me add some insights about this below.

At the moment, the option to transfer over 80 memorized reports from QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) to QBO is unavailable. You can either manually re-create them or utilize a third-party application that integrates with QBO to import these memorized reports.

To explore third-party apps that might support this function, you can visit: https://desktop.apps.com/home.

You can also check this resource to know what terminology, and features are between QBDT and QBO: Learn how features and data move from QBDT to QBO.

If you decide to proceed with transitioning to QBO, this article might be useful for setting up your company information and activating product features in QBO:  Get started with QBO.
