Report showing all serial numbers for an item

Good afternoon

We are using Quick books enterprise... we are gearing up to do year end inventory... I cannot seem to get a report to print all the serial numbers for a product.  In some cases we have many serial numbers.  I need to be able to verify each unique serial number a total count is not good enough.  Hopefully someone has a solution for this.  Thank you

Welcome to Community!  QuickBooks Desktop is a powerful program for completing your tasks with peace of mind.  I'll be happy to provide some insight here so you can get back to what you love!

 

If you have Advanced Inventory and have serial numbers turned on, you'll see the column on your report for which you can also expand it for better viewing.  Go to Reports > Inventory Detail report, or your preferred report.

Thanks I did try that but I cannot stretch the screen far enough... I have one product that has 81 serial numbers alone.  Any other suggestions?

Hi LMC6,

 

Thanks for reaching back out!  When you customize your report, removing columns that aren't required for the report will allow you to expand other columns.  Another option would be to export the report as an excel workbook.
