Question

Royal Bank has not pulled any transactions into bank feed for a week but the balance is correct, is anyone else experiencing this with RBC?

Thanks for reaching out to us here. Being able to connect your account and have your bank transactions upload is important. I would be happy to point you in the right direction for the best assistance possible. 

 

In order to better assist you, I recommend reaching out to the support team outside of the Community. This is a currently a known issue within QuickBooks. By reaching out to the support team, they'll be able to verify your account details in a secure setting, as well as view your screen to better assist you. They'll also be able to add you to the list of affected accounts if they see fit. You can reach them by using one of these methods:

 

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?)Help in the upper right > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
