Run Mileage report

I use Quickbook Online and have set up the mileage tracker on both my phone and my husband's.

For tax purpose I need to run a report with the total business kilometers. 

How can I run a report in QBO and export to Excel?

Hi there,

 

It's important to be able to know how many kilometers of your vehicles were used for business purposes. QuickBooks Online gives you the ability to track mileage with the mobile app to be able to categorize trips as business or personal. I can provide some information about exporting mileage in QuickBooks Online. 

 

There aren't any reports available to be used with the mileage function in QuickBooks, but you do have the option to export the mileage log to a CSV file to be opened on various programs such as Microsoft Excel. You can accomplish this by navigating to the Mileage tab, then selecting the Drop-down arrow beside Add trip. From the options shown, choose Download, and this will generate a CSV file with all the trips included.
