Scheduled Custom Report - coming up zeroes

We have set up some custom reports to be automatically emailed.  The versions that come by email have a zero in every spot that there should be a number.  However, if I manually export the same custom report, I get the correct data.  Any ideas on what is wrong?

Welcome to the Community. Customizing your reports is key to keeping track of your books. Quickbooks Online is great program that offers the ability to simply track your invoices and expenses. I'd be glad to point you in the right direction regarding scheduled custom reports.

 

This type of issue can be caused by browser cache and cookies as they can prevent the system from functioning effectively. I encourage you to refer to the following steps to complete some browser troubleshootings.
