Hi there chris130,

 

It's important that your products and services are set up properly in order for your sales and expenses to be correct. QuickBooks Online is a great tool able to keep track of sales and expense transactions so you can see the profit of your company. I can point you in the right direction for assistance with importing products.

 

In order to import products, I recommend making sure your file follows the guidelines for formatting that can be seen in this article. This will make sure the import goes as smoothly as possible. If the error does persist, I do recommend reaching out to the QuickBooks Online support team outside of the Community once more to check on the status of your case. They'll be able to verify the case information with you in a secure setting in order to further troubleshoot the issue with you as well as update the engineers about this error. Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?)Help in the upper right > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
