It's vital that all your payroll information be entered correctly so you can pay your employees the right amount. QuickBooks Online is a great tool able to help you pay your employees either by cheque or by direct deposit. I can point you in the right direction for assistance with direct deposit setup.

 

In order to see why your account's direct deposit status is still pending, you'd need to reach out to the QuickBooks Online support team outside of the Community. They'll be able to verify your account with you in a secure setting in order to get you on track for getting a direct deposit approved. You can reach out to them using one of these options:

 

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?)Help in the upper right > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
