Sharing reports

Good morning, 

I've customized a report in one of my QuickBooks company files and I'd like to use the same report in the subsidiary files.  How do I share/export it? I'm using QuickBooks Enterprise, but I can only find information for Quickbooks Online.

Thanks for reaching out to us here. QuickBooks is a great program with the tools you need to help keep your books balanced. Being able to export reports correctly is important and I'd be glad to help!


For your reference here is an article that will help you understand how to export reports in QuickBooks Desktop.  In addition, you can set up a Report Group for your memorized reports as noted here and assign who has access to it.
