Shipping Manager and Quickbooks Enterprise Canada Edition

Good afternoon.
I have not see it in the Canadian Edition but can anyone confirm if there is Shipping Manager functionality in QB 2020 Enterprise Canada? If Shipping Manager is US only, are there any 3rd party tools to tie in either UPS WorldShip or Fed-Ex to the latest QB.

    I appreciate your interest in the Shipping Manager tool for QuickBooks Enterprise. Enterprise has many ways to help you manage your books to the fullest potential, such as the new Warehouse Manager feature.

     

    The Shipping Manager, however, isn't a feature in the Canadian version of QuickBooks Enterprise at this time. I can see how this would be a great asset for a business and I encourage you to submit feedback requesting it by going to the Help menu and Send Feedback Online. The Product Suggestion option should do the trick. This lets us know the things you're looking for to help manage your books.

     

    As for apps that can connect to QuickBooks Desktop, we've got a page where you can search for what connects with your version of the software. Check it out here: Apps for QuickBooks Desktop While you're searching, make sure to check the app details to verify that the app connects to the Canadian version of the program as the website lists options for both Canada and the US. If you're not seeing an indication in the app details, reaching out to the app's support team to find out is the next best step.

      Do you have any 3rd party integrate with your QBES (e.g ecommerce app, inventory management app)?

      We don't as yet. We had tried NumberCruncher with Desktop Premier but was too limited. We are looking for ways with Enterprise to reduce the duplicate entry between UPS and FedEx tools.

      Hi Chantalrich,

       

      QuickBooks Enterprise has many great features to help you track and manage your business information. Being able to access the shipping manager feature would be a great add and I can help walk you through how to request it be added to the Canadian version.

       

      At this time the Shipping manager feature is unavailable for the Canadian version of QuickBooks Enterprise. I suggest sending feedback to our technicians to let them know this is a feature you would like added. To submit feedback go to the Help menu, Send Feedback Online and use the Product Suggestion option. You can also look into getting a third party app in the meantime to assist with your business needs. You can check out the App page here: Apps for QuickBooks Desktop. Be sure to check the App details to make sure it works with the Canadian version as the site includes apps for both American and Canadian versions.

      hello,

      I already sent the feedback to QB...yesterday, I was in a company test file and I saw on the dropdown list of the salesorder worksheet fullfilment 2 options of print shipping label...one gave me the option of FEDEX, UPS, UPSG....when I clicked, nothing happened. 5 minutes later...the feature doesn't appear anymore...weird
