Question

So Intuit did a "Hard Inquiry" on my personal credit score, which will now impact my credit score negatively. Has this happened to anyone else?

I called and they told me their terms and conditions allow for them to do a hard inquiry on my personal credit. I did not apply for a loan or anything along those lines. I do not pay QB anything, my clients pay their subscriptions. I am not happy about this and I don't think it's right for them to pull my credit history, for absolutely no reason. I have been using QBOA for years, and this only happened last month.

    In order to learn more about why the check was triggered, I recommend contacting our phone support team again via phone so they can assist you in a private environment. Credit checks are normally done when the customers is applying for products that require a check such as QB Online Payments.
