Square contact basic setting getting Rate/100 error

Welcome to Community!  Based on the error you've mentioned, I'd recommend reaching out to Square Support for assistance.  To get messaging support, click on the three horizontal lines in the Terminal or POS, tap Support > Help and then click on the Chat icon.   If you're logged into your QuickBooks Online Account, you can go to Apps on the left menu, choose My Apps, locate Square to review the Information section to see the contact details.
