Question

Still seeing no way to actually revive help - no option to chat or call, just ask community……very frustrating.

Says subscription issues when I try to work, but still on paid trial and settings suggest everything should work and account is active… where’s actual help and support!?

I recommend reviewing your subscription information.  Here's how;

 

1. Open your Settings ⚙ and select Account and Settings

2. Select the Billing and Subscription tab

3. Hit Subscribe

4. Enter your billing information and follow the on screen steps to complete the process.
