Hi there, 

 

Glad to have you join the Community! QuickBooks Online is the go-to program for business owners that are looking to manage their invoices with ease. I'll be glad to show you how to edit an invoice in the program. 

 

You can edit the taxes on an invoice by clicking on Sales > Invoices > locate and open the invoice in question > from here you can edit your invoice accordingly so it reflects the changes. Once you're done, make sure to save your changes.

can you please let me know how I can edit the pay date on a submitted paystub? I was able to edit some items, but the pay date is showing up for a the next pay date not the current one
